Allison joined Denning & Company in 2007 as an Analyst and is responsible for fundraising administration, operations support, and client reporting activities. Allison brings five years of fundraising experience to the firm from her work in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Denning and Company, Allison worked in the performing arts industry, most recently serving as the Marketing and Operations manager for How We First Met. Allison also served as the Event Manager for the Women for Women Foundation, a nonprofit organization in association with Theatre 39. She helped established AtmosTheatre in San Francisco as well as the Mosser Theatre Company and has had the opportunity to work with a number of other performing arts organizations in the Bay Area.

Allison graduated Cum Laude and with Honors from Colgate University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies.
