Gina will direct all aspects of fund origination and distribution at Denning & Company. Gina has in depth experience raising capital globally for private equity, hedge funds, public and private debt instruments, and infrastructure investments.

Prior to joining Denning, Gina spent six years at Pantheon Ventures, a premier global Private Equity Fund of Funds. Gina was a Principal on the fund raising team and based in San Francisco. Prior, Gina worked at H&Q Asia Pacific, responsible for marketing and investor relations at the Pan-Asian focused Private Equity firm and earlier as an Associate at J.H. Whitney. Gina began her career in Private Equity at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in New York. Prior to that, she worked in Corporate Finance and M&A in Merrill's Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group in Chicago.

Gina graduated with Honors from the University of Chicago and holds a BA in Political Science.
