Gina Lee Peyton

Gina joined Denning and Company in September of 2009 and focuses on all aspects of the private equity fundraising efforts for Denning and Company. Gina brings over 15 years of dedicated private equity experience to the firm. Prior to joining Denning and Company, Gina was a Principal at Pantheon Ventures, a global Private Equity Fund of Funds based in San Francisco. She was responsible for marketing and client service activities for Pantheon’s North American and Asian institutional limited partners.
Prior to joining Pantheon, Gina was an Associate focused on Investor Relations at H&Q Asia Pacific, a pan-Asian private equity firm founded in 1985. Prior to joining H&Q Asia Pacific, Gina was an Associate at Whitney & Co. where she was responsible for the origination and marketing for a number of alternative assets, including private equity, hedge funds and structured products.
Gina began her career in private equity with Merrill Lynch’s Private Equity Group in New York and also worked in corporate finance and M&A in Merrill’s Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group in Chicago.
Gina received her BA in Political Science with Honors from the University of Chicago. |
