Our services include:

• Actively assist in the design, development and distribution of all offering documents and marketing materials

• Assist in generating presentation materials and providing guidance on verbal presentation skills, when necessary

• Conduct market research to effectively identify, qualify and target prospective investors uniquely suited to each General Partner client

• Outline a marketing strategy, with the advice of our General Partner, toward approaching, managing and closing potential investors, domestic and/or international

• Arrange, attend and provide follow-up for all meetings with prospective Limited Partner investors

• Sponsor, attend and speak at private equity conferences worldwide on behalf of our General Partners

• Refresh market intelligence through constant interaction with key Limited Partners and consultants, briefing our clients accordingly

• Advise on business press relations

• Assist in the sale or transfer of Limited Partners' interests
